Deconstruyendo el funcionalismo radical

Abstract

El presente artículo, constituye un ejercicio conceptual de deconstrucción de las características predominantes del funcionalismo radical en arquitectura, porque es imprescindible que los arquitectos entiendan, que los proyectos excesivamente funcionalistas nos alejan cada vez más de la naturaleza, de los fundamentos primordiales de la arquitectura y del ser que debe permitir y debe buscar su reencuentro, el ser humano. La gama temática expuesta, propone volver nuestra mirada a la enorme e irrenunciable responsabilidad que tiene el arquitecto, en la generación de proyectos arquitectónicos basados en contenidos trascendentes que promuevan dicho reencuentro, como fundamento primordial de toda concepción arquitectónica; con la intención última de lograr que los proyectos arquitectónicos, nunca dejen de ofrecer satisfacción, gozo y liberación, a un ser humano cuya naturaleza multidimensional, es exquisita e intrínsecamente singular y compleja.

This article constitutes a conceptual exercise towards the deconstruction of the radical functionalism prominent features in Architecture, due to the fact that it is essential for Architects to understand that an excessively functional project distances us even more from the nature, of the main foundations of architecture and of the human being to whom should allow and look for their reunion. The thematic range exposed, propases to look back into the inescapable responsibility assigned to architects to generate architectural projects that promote such reunion, a primary basis of all architectural conception, with the final purpose to achieve projects that never stop offering satisfaction, joy and sense of freedom to the human beings, whose multidimensional nature is exquisite and intrinsically singular and complex.
